Recently, LiangDao Intelligence and Autra.tech, two enterprises in Beijing E-Town, have made new achievements in promoting the mass production of autonomous driving products, which are accelerating the industrialization and commercialization of autonomous driving.

Liangdao Intelligence announced the completion of the B1 round of financing of over 100 million yuan ($14.18 million), which will be used to increase investment in the research and development of automotive-grade lidar products, and help to introduce high-end talents and upgrade its fully automated production lines.

As the world's leading lidar system supplier, Liangdao Intelligence launched the first pure solid-state Flash lateral blind-fill lidar LDSatellite? this May, after years of intensive development of vehicle perception functions. 

LDSatellite? is an automotive-grade lidar product with high performance, low cost, high reliability and a long service life. Currently, Liangdao Intelligence has formed a closed loop of complete software and hardware products for lidar, covering all stages from development to mass production and delivery.

Autra.tech, an autonomous driving trunk logistics start up in Beijing E-Town, signed a cooperation agreement with the commercial vehicle OEM Dongfeng Liuqi on the mass production of smart tractors. 

The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation with the goal of establishing commodity-level front-loading mass production and large-scale commercial operations, providing logistics partners with lower-cost, higher-income, safer and more comfortable transportation tools and services, and jointly building an autonomous driving freight ecosystem.
